Somehow I think it should still be Tuesday but apparently five days have already past. Maybe it's just me but this week went by fast. What that means? It means that it is about time to pack my suitcases and board a plane to Great Britain. However, before I do so I want to share with you our last smoothie recipe: Grapefruit Goji Berry Smoothie!
This smoothie was inspired by the cup of Bambus Goji Tea I had this morning - a truely delicious tea.

2 organic apples
1 organic grapefruit
20g goji berries
75ml guava juice
75ml aloe vera juice
40ml PURE GREEN matcha sirup by This Liquid Health
Prepare two 300ml glasses.
Squeeze the juice out of one grapfruit and cut apples into small chunks.
Use your mixer or a stick blender to puree apples, goji berries and grapefruit flesh. Add guava and aloe vera juice as well as matcha sirup and water to the purée. Mix well before serving in two glasses. Enjoy!
