At the moment we are faced with two pressing issues:
1. it's summer, meaning that it is incredibly hot,
2. we don't have much time.
As a result, we resorted to Capresé Salad. It's the ideal solution for a quick and light lunch on a hot summer day. Moreover, it is a dish for the eye - especially if you have different types of tomatoes at hand! Just take in the combination of colors in this salad for a moment: red, orange, green and white - yummi!
